KETO BLUEBERRY RASPBERRY JAM
INGREDIENTS
- 18 ounces fresh blueberries
- 12 ounces fresh raspberries
- 1⅓ cup allulose
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
INSTRUCTIONS
1. In a large stockpot, add all ingredients.
2. Over medium high heat, bring mixture to a boil. Decrease heat to medium.
4. Mash berries to desired consistency. Cook, stirring occasionally, for 30 minutes.
5. Add jam to jars and allow to cool. Store jam, in covered jars, in the refrigerator
