EASY KETO CHICKEN GRAVY
INGREDIENTS
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 1 teaspoon xanthan gum
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 teaspoon tamari
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1. In a medium skillet, over medium high heat, melt butter.
- 2. Add xanthan gum and garlic powder. Whisk to combine.
- 3. Add chicken broth and tamari. Whisk to combine.
- 4. Increase heat to high. Bring mixture to a boil, whisking frequently. Cook for 1 minute, whisking frequently.
- 5. Serve immediately.
- 6. Refrigerate leftovers.
