EASY KETO CHICKEN GRAVY

INGREDIENTS
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 1 teaspoon xanthan gum
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 teaspoon tamari
INSTRUCTIONS
  • 1. In a medium skillet, over medium high heat, melt butter.
  • 2. Add xanthan gum and garlic powder. Whisk to combine.
  • 3. Add chicken broth and tamari. Whisk to combine.
  • 4. Increase heat to high. Bring mixture to a boil, whisking frequently. Cook for 1 minute, whisking frequently.
  • 5. Serve immediately.
  • 6. Refrigerate leftovers.
