Choc-orange keto bliss balls
Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 300g (2 cups) macadamia nuts
  • 120g (1 1/3 cups) desiccated coconut
  • 2 tbsp xylitol
  • 2 tbsp cacao powder
  • 1 tbsp orange zest
  • 30g butter, melted, cooled
  • Pinch of sea salt

 Ingredients

Step 1
Place the chia seeds and 2 tablespoons water in a bowl. Set aside for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until water has been absorbed and mixture is gel-like.
Step 2
Place the macadamias, 1 cup of the coconut, xylitol, cacao powder, zest, butter, chia mixture and salt in the bowl of a food processor. Process until finely chopped and well combined.
Step 3
Transfer nut mixture to a bowl. Roll level tablespoonfuls of mixture into balls. Place remaining coconut on a plate. Roll balls in coconut to lightly coat.
Step 4
Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 week.
