Low-Carb Bacon Vinaigrette Recipe
Ingredients
  • 3 tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons whole grain dijon mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper freshly ground
  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon bacon drippings
  • 1/2 cup avocado oil (olive oil could be substituted)
  • 4 slices bacon cooked and crumpled
  • 2 tablespoons chives finely sliced
Instructions
In a medium bowl, whisk together the red wine vinegar, dijon mustard, sea salt, black pepper, mayonnaise, and bacon drippings.
Stream in the avocado oil while whisking.Adding the bacon and chives.  
Whisk in the crumbled bacon and chives.
If not using immediately, store in a covered container in the refrigerator. Whisk before using.
