Italian Sub Salad

Ingredients
  • 4 oz salami, sliced
  • 4 oz ham, thinly sliced
  • 4 oz capicola, thinly sliced
  • 2 oz provolone cheese, sliced
  • ? cup red onion, thinly sliced
  • 4 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
Italian salad dressing
  • 1 tomato, thinly sliced
  • 1 oz banana pepper rings
  • A cup sliced black olives
Preparation
Preheat broiler to high.
Layer salami, hams, cheese and onion on a sheet pan or piece of foil coated with nonstick spray. Broil 4 minutes or until cheese starts to brown. Use a pizza cutter to slice the meat and cheese into strips.
In a large bowl, toss lettuce with dressing. Top with meat and cheese slices, tomato, banana pepper rings and olives.
