Keto Chocolate Puppy Chow
The Preparation
- 4 ounce pork rinds
- 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
- 1/2 cup almond butter
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup low-carb brown sugar replacement
The Execution
Measure out and prepare all of the ingredients.
On a plate break up the pork rinds into small pieces.
In a bowl, stir together the coconut oil, almond butter, and cocoa powder until combined well.
Transfer the small pork rind pieces to a bowl and drizzle the chocolate almond butter mixture on top. Stir to fully coat the pork rinds.
Transfer the chocolate covered pork rinds to a Ziploc bag.
Add in the low-carb brown sugar replacement.
Shake well to fully coat the pork rinds.
Serve and enjoy!
