KETO CHIPOTLE RANCH DRESSING AND DIP

INGREDIENTS

  •  ½ cup sour cream
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup heavy cream
  • 1 Chipotle pepper
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley
  • 1 tablespoon fresh cilantro
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
  • 2 teaspoons smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
INSTRUCTIONS
 
Add all the ingredients to the bowl of a food processor and process until well combined.
Scrape down the sides of the bowl and continue processing until smooth. Pour over your favorite salad, taco or burrito bowl and serve.
Store in an airtight jar in the fridge for up to 1 week.
