Chocolate Covered Macadamia Nuts
Ingredients
- 2 cups roasted salted macadamia nuts
- 1 (8 ounce) Lily's Semi Sweet Chocolate Chips
- 1-2 tablespoons coconut oil
- sea salt (optional)
Instructions
In a double boiler, small saucepan, or micorwave proof bowl, melt the coconut oil over low heat. When the oil is completely melted add the chocolate chips and stir until completely melted.
Fold the nuts into the melted chocolate. Scoop the clusters into heaping 1 tablespoon mounds and place on wax paper.
Sprinkle with sea salt if desired and chill until set.
