Ingredients

  • 1 8-inch graham cracker pie crust
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 3/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup pumpkin puree
  • 8 ounces cream cheese softened
Instructions
In a mixing bowl, beat together the heavy cream until soft peaks form. Gradually add in the powdered sugar.
Add in the pumpkin puree and softened cream cheese and beat together until smooth.
Transfer the mixture into the pie crust and refrigerate for 4 hours.
