Turkey Meatballs
Ingredients


  • 2 pounds ground turkey
  • 2/3 cup onion minced
  • 1/2 cup parsley
  • 2 large eggs
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 tsp dried basil
  • 1/2 tsp dried oregano
  • Salt and black pepper
  • 1/4 cup olive oil

INSTRUCTIONS
 
Prepare the meatballs:

In a large bowl, combine the ground turkey, onion, parsley, eggs, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, basil, oregano, salt and pepper.
Use a spatula or your hands to mix well. Shape the mixture into 1-inch balls and put them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake the meatballs:
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees and bake the meatballs for about 15 to 20 minutes.
Remove the meatballs from the oven and let them cool.
