Easy Keto Cornbread Recipe
INGREDIENTS
- ½ cup coconut flour
- 1 cup almond flour
- 1 scoop Perfect Keto Collagen
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- Stevia or monk fruit to taste (optional*)
- 3 large eggs
- A cup full fat coconut milk
- 6 tablespoon coconut oil, melted
INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat oven to 350 F.
Grease a small-sized cast iron skillet or oven-friendly pan.
In a large bowl combine the dry ingredients.
In a small bowl combine the wet ingredients.
Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix to combine.
Pour into greased pan and bake for 25-30 or until golden brown.
Allow to rest and serve topped with butter or our coconut syrup.
