KETO STUFFING.
INGREDIENTS:
4 cups Foxhill Kitchens Croutonz or keto bread cut into half-inch squares and dried in a low oven until crispy)
1 stick celery chopped
1/2 cup onion chopped
1 tsp. poultry seasoning
1/2 tsp. sage
2 Tbsp. Savory Chicken Soup Keto Chow
1/2 cup salted butter melted
1 1/2 cups chicken broth warm water
salt to taste
ground black pepper to taste.
DIRECTIONS:
Preheat oven to 350℉.
Put croutons, celery, onion, poultry seasoning, and sage in a large bowl and mix well.
Whisk melted butter, warm water, and Keto Chow together. Pour Keto Chow mixture over crouton mixture and gently combine.
Add more water if you desire a softer stuffing. Salt and pepper to taste.
Place in a bread pan, cover with foil, and bake for 30-40 minutes.
