KETO CINNAMON ESPRESSO MOUSSE

INGREDIENTS

  1. 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  2. 1 cup powdered sugar substitute (Swerve)
  3. ¼ cup espresso, cooled
  4. 1 tablespoon cinnamon
  5. 1 teaspoon vanilla
  6. Pinch of salt
  7. 2 cups heavy whipping cream

Optional: top with keto whipped cream

INSTRUCTIONS

1. In a large mixing bowl, add cream cheese and powdered sugar. Use an electric mixer and beat until mixture is smooth and creamy.

2. Add espresso, cinnamon, vanilla, and salt. Beat until creamy and smooth. Scrape down the sides and bottom of bowl with a rubber spatula as needed to incorporate ingredients.

3. Add heavy cream. Beat until mixture thickens, 2-3 minutes.

4. Top with keto whipped topping if desired. Refrigerate leftovers.
