Cheddar and Green Onion Keto Biscuits
The Preparation
- 1/3 cup coconut flour
- 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 3 large eggs
- 5 tablespoons melted butter
- 1 teaspoon chopped green onion
- 6 ounces sharp cheddar cheese
The Execution
Preheat your oven to 400F. Mix together the coconut flour, baking powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. In a separate bowl whisk together the eggs and butter.
Mix the eggs with the flour, ensuring there are no lumps. Fold in the cheese and green onion.
Drop spoons of the batter onto a greased cookie sheet.
Bake for 15 minutes or until slightly browned. Brush melted butter over the top when removing from the oven.
Cool before serving.
