Ingredients Required:

¼ cup coconut flour
·
1 ½ cup almond flour
·
2 scoops Perfect Keto Vanilla
Collagen Powder
·
1/3 cup stevia powder
·
1 tbsp. baking powder
·
3 large whole eggs
·
1/4 cup sour cream
·
1 cup milk
·
1 tbsp. vanilla extract
·
1/4 cup melted butter
·
1/4 tbsp. salt
Instructions:

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and
coat an 8×4 loaf pan with non-stick spray, butter, or coconut oil.
·
Add the dry ingredients to a bowl-
almond flour, coconut flour, collagen powder, baking powder, sweetener, and
salt. Whisk to combine.
·
Add eggs and vanilla to another bowl
or stand mixer and beat for 1 minute until light and fluffy.
·
Add sour cream, melted butter, and
milk to the mixture and beat on high speed for 30-45 seconds.
·
Now, slowly add dry ingredients to
wet ingredients little by little in 2 to 3 batches.
·
Mix them well and let it sit for 2
minutes. Mix it one more time on low speed.
·
Pour the batter into the pan and bake
for 50-60 minutes until the top of the cake turns golden brown or a toothpick
comes out clean when poked through the center of the cake.
